This pale ale is made by the Yazoo Brewing Company of Nashville, Tennessee.
It’s full bodied, and the maltiness is appropriately balanced by hops bitterness. There isn’t much of a head or much hops aroma, but neither detracts from this otherwise very good beer. It’s a good representation of the pale ale style of beer, and we like it.
