This was a last minute buy before departing the States. Thankfully, Jen remembered to get one of these. It has saved our bacon in hotel room after hotel room, as things that fly and bite run amok indoors and outdoors as soon as the sun goes down here in Thailand.
We would have been sucked dry long ago without it.
I take a length of parachute cord, rig up some way of running a line over the bed, hang the net, and then use more cord to tie the corners of the net to the bed corners.
We chose this particular net because of its stuffed size and weight. Both are pretty good.
Some reviews we’ve read mention that its mesh isn’t small enough to stop the noseeum-sized gnats. We haven’t encountered that problem so far. When and if we do, I’m sure I’ll be bitching up a storm.
For now, though, we are liking this piece of gear.
