Sanga Restaurant is located on the main drag of Phonsavan.
We ate here three times, based upon a positive Lonely Planet review and the number of locals eating at the joint.
It was a good choice.
The food is good. There are vegetarian options. The pricing is decent (for example: spring rolls, spicy vegetable salad, and a large bowl of spicy vegetable soup for $4.25 US).
